Scott J. DeRosa was a law clerk in Passaic County for the Hon. Joseph Falcone, J.S.C. Over his legal career, Mr. DeRosa has handled a variety of criminal and civil cases in Municipal Court, Superior Court and the Appellate Division. Mr. DeRosa is also a former Municipal Prosecutor and serves as an Assistant Municipal Attorney with the City of Clifton.
